Created somewhere between 1927 and 1932 in honour of an American born writer, after the name of his Paris magazine, Boulevardier, this drink has put a twist on its Italian predecessor, being first created in Europe during the time of prohibition in the USA. Take your finest bourbon, just like we have, mix it with equal parts of Campari and Punt e Mes, again, just like we have, and you have SYP’s quintessential version of this French-American classic.
